As with the previous sessions, the third entrepreneurial training on the 21st September 2019 was a great success again.
Lourdes Lobede animated a very interactive workshop on people management and leadership.
As a start, the participants were asked to measure their tendencies for using basic communication skills on the job and afterwards leadership imperatives were addressed.
“In order to be an effective Leader you need to develop a set of skills that will enable you to achieve results through the active efforts of others.”
The afternoon was focused on marketing by Toon Buddingh and strategist David Coleman.
“Proximity is your super power”. “Every business sells time”.
The day was closed with a serious but nevertheless important session on possible funding sources.
If you would like to be present in the session’s pitching event on the 28th September, you can register here.
