Mr. Conteh lives in the Netherlands but is originally from Sierra Leone which has given him the motivation to contribute to the development of his country of origin. He has done so recently, by completing an assignment, under thhe CD4D framework, at the Civil Service Training College (CSTC) in Sierra Leone.
