Access to Finance Webinar

IOM is organizing, in collaboration with Zidi, a series of webinars on access to finance and investor-readiness for diaspora entrepreneurs wanting to set-up or scale SMEs in Africa.

The webinars will take place over a 6 weeks period, every session focusing on a different topic with interesting speakers.

The first session will be on the 28th May from 3pm till 4.30 pm Dutch time.

Stanley Anyetei (TRIODOS)
Stanley started his career as an investment banker for Investec Bank in 2003, advising organizations on a variety of strategic and financing initiatives with particular emphasis on investment structuring and product development.
His interest in sustainability and investment led him to join PYMWYMIC, an impact investing family office in 2012, where, as head of investments, he helped develop financial products to stimulate the impact ecosystem.
Stanley is currently a board member at Signify Foundation (ex Phillips) as well investment officer at Triodos Investments Management, an impact-investing firm that manages direct investments in a variety of sectors including energy and climate, inclusive development and sustainable agriculture across the globe.
Stanley is the CSR lecturer at TIAS Business School (Tilburg University) in the Netherlands as well as a visiting lecturer and speaker at the Maastricht University and Nova School of Management (Portugal). He also mentors numerous SMEs in the areas of financial sustainability, scaling and market assess.

In principle, the webinars are destined at ED4D participants only, but a limited number of external guests is also welcome. After registering, you will receive a confirmation notification depending on availability.


The next sessions will take place on Wednesdays: the 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th June and 1st July. Each week we will share the agenda and speakers.
