Last Saturday (5th October 2019) was the last training session of an intense series of ED4D trainings.
It was focused on how to use crowdfunding to fundraise a part of the start capital needed in order to kick-off a business. The ED4D participants learned about the ins and outs of a successful crowdfunding campaign. A specific environment has been created to showcase the ED4D participants in collaboration with the 1% club. They will be online soon, you can check them out here.
In addition, communication expert Georgina Kwakye made clear why good communication is key for a successful business especially in an intercultural context such as most diaspora businesses.
All the trainings have been extremely successful and the first milestone in the entrepreneurs’ journey to set up or grow their businesses has been achieved.
The entrepreneurs will now work in silence to further refine their business plan with the help of their PUM mentors.
