Abdul Babokry is an Afghan-Dutch expert in Monitoring and Evaluation processes. After living, working and studying in the Netherlands for 25 years, he decided to contribute to his motherland of Afghanistan to aid in the Ministry of Rehabilitation and Rural Development in Kabul. Here he trained over 40 professionals of the Ministry in the areas of project management, process monitoring and quality control and reporting.
