Mr. Conteh went on 3 assignments, of which two were at the Civil Service Training College and one at the Milton Margai College of Education and Technology (MMCET). At the MMCET, he designed curricula on entrepreneurship, mentored staff and students on preparing business plans, and trained trainers on how to best use the curricula and business plans.
